Meet Our Mom

Hi, it's me Ross again.  I'm the most personable (or so I think) so I've chosen myself to tell you a little about my Mom.  If the others don't like it, I'll just sit on them.  When Mom first started working in animal rescue, nearly 10 years ago, she only had "The Walking Couch", or Whiskey as he was known then, being that he wasn't as large as he is now.

Since then, more of us have come to own her.  Some of us handpicked her as our Mom, and others were just kind of dropped into her lap.  My sister Rachael and I worked her really well......I'll tell you about it later in my personal profile.

Mom works day and night and doesn't get enough sleep, and we make sure to wake her up every morning bright and early, even on the weekends. The bed isn't really big enough for all of us, but we let her have a little bit of room to sleep in the corner.

If she doesn't get up right away we take more drastic measures......that is until we receive the desired results as shown to the far right.

There, that's much better Mom.

That's Mom with Wilson at left, that guy with the funny feet.  In the background on the wall is one of my Mom's old billboard magazine ads from the 1960s that she collects.   That particular one is of her favorite recording artist, Bobby Womack.  Mom did a website for Bobby and since he lives close by us, she gets to see him sometimes.  She gets really excited whenever she does, and we have to use all our weapons to get her attention.
There's Mom again on the right pictured with her best friend Jen and Bobby Womack.  I don't know what they see in him personally, but who knows with women.   I mean, after all, I think I'm so much more handsome than he is.  And look at how they're smiling?  URG!! YUCK!!
We try to share her interests as much as possible.  We even know how to help make the turntable go around a little faster when Mom listens to her old record albums. She does websites for other recording artists as well and hopes to make a living from it someday.  We want to move to the country, but Mom says she has to stay in Los Angeles where the musicians are.
