Whiskey Lee Smith

Personal Profile by Whiskey (with a little help from Mom)

History:  I was born in San Diego, CA.  When I was 6 months old, my birth parents were moving and didn't want me anymore.  One of my adoptive Mom's roommates at the time (a guy named John who owned a pharmaceutical company in Torrance, CA) knew my birth parents, and agreed to take me to live with him and his roommates (including my adoptive Mom) in Redondo Beach, CA.

Eventually, John would move to Newport Beach, CA, and I would be left behind again, which is how I came to own my Mom all to myself.  Her and I would later move to a nice little house in West Los Angeles, then she met Mike, and we moved to Nebraska for awhile, then back to California, to Hollywood,  where I live now and have lived for the past seven years. It's just me, Mom, and my fur brothers and sisters.  I loved Nebraska, and my Dad Mike who had been born there.  We lived in the country and I was able to go outside and catch mice and stuff.  I even chased a deer in the front yard once.  I even used to help Mom plant the vegetable garden outside, it was fun tearing up the peppers and stuff.  But.......unfortunately, Mom wasn't so happy there, so we had to leave.  Well, I could tell you a lot about Mom, we've been through a lot together........but we won't go there now.

Physical Attributes:  My long, silky fur, and my large girth.  When Mom first met me she said there was no way I was only 6 months old, cause I was a big guy even then as you will see from my baby pictures in my photo album below.

Alternate Names:  The Walking Couch; Titanic

Special Skills:  Obeys commands and hand signals (I agree to do this because Mom gets a real kick out of it, and loves to show me off to other people.)

Intelligence Level:  Very high intelligence (my Mom says so)... and I can be silly too.

Social Skills:  I like the rest of my fur family (except for Farley) and we play a lot.  I especially like Ross and Shelby.  I like Mom's friends too, but I'm very protective of my Mom, and if she has a date over here, I make sure to stay right in the middle at all times.  They pretty much never come back.

Here I am at left looking innocent.  "I didn't do it Mom, really,  I swear I didn't."
This is me to the right in front of a painting that Mom did.  It looks kind of like me, doesn't it?

In the photos below, you can see my large girth a little better

Mom bought us a whole bunch of cat beds.  We all love to cuddle up in them.  They were too small for me though, so she bought me a large dog bed.  It's a perfect fit.

This is the large overstuffed armchair in the living room.  It's a tight fit, but I can smoosh myself enough to lay sideways.

Well, that's about it for now.  You can move on to the profiles and photos albums of the rest of my family below...........
